About JDT+
JDT+ is the official membership platform of Johor Darul Ta'zim FC ("JDTFC"), operated by Southern Tigers Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to your use of jdtplus.com and all JDT+ services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Early Access Sign-Up
Before launch, you can submit your email address to be notified when JDT+ goes live. Signing up is free, does not create a paid membership, and does not guarantee access to any content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
Membership and Payment
JDT+ offers season-based memberships. One payment covers the full season. Each new season is purchased separately. The price, what each season includes, and the cancellation and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Your membership is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
Acceptable Use
Content on JDT+ is for your personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not copy, record, download (except where the Service allows it), redistribute, publicly display or share any content. You must not attempt to bypass security or access controls on the Service.
Ownership
All content, videos, logos, names and trademarks on JDT+ belong to JDTFC, us, or our licensors and are protected by law. Membership gives you a right to view content, not to own it.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of the Service or its content. Launch dates, titles and release schedules may change.
Suspension
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the Service means you accept it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
